1 box of pasta (at least 75g / 2.6 oz per person)
1 zucchini (courgette)
15 cherry tomatoes
2 bell peppers (orange and red are goods to add some colors)
4 cloves garlic
Chop the zucchini, onion, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes into chunks and toss them in a pan with olive oil. Cook them for 10 minutes.
Chop the garlic cloves finely and sauté in oil. Then add the lemon juice.
Cook the pasta.
When the pasta is done, add the garlic, lemon juice and grilled vegetables and toss.
In the picture the lemon pasta is accompanied by lemon chicken (chicken marinated 2 hours in lemon, salt and pepper)
